Owning a reactive dog can be emotionally taxing, embarrassing and even isolating.   We can help both you and your dog
A dog with BIG FEELINGS... barking, growling, lunging dog might appear aggressive, but does not necessarily mean that it IS aggressive.  A truly aggressive dog intends on doing harm, which is more rare.  Having said this, do know that any dog can bite at any time.

Essentially reactivity is dog displaying behaviour that is out of context for the situation.  Reactive behaviour may be driven or motivated by an inherited trait, frustration, a learned behaviour from a past negative experience(s) / trauma, or simply lack of early positive socialization.  It doesn't have to be this way.   Join us our group human skills class to help make your walks together more manageable.
